Stress has been identified as one of the greatest human disturbing factor of this century.

It has been found to be the cause of many types of illness like Sleeplessness, Digestive disorders , Heart related problems , Blood Pressure variations and even Diabetes in certain cases . But , considering the present style of living hardly allows anyone to escape away from stress .

Factors Leading to Stress
The Extended working hours under extreme pressure , the greater risk of loosing one's job due to under or lack of  performance to the expected level , competition in working life , work overload to achieve your goals ,  a general continuous push of ourselves to achieve higher benchmarks and finally the Mother of all stresses's  is a having a family related issue / problem which  generally  tends not only to overpower you both Physically and also mentally  but  also effects your each and very aspect .

STRESS BUSTERS 
So now having seen as above what are the major factors which lead to stress now  let us see the few ways in which we can effectively overcome stress

1. Firstly if it's a Family related stress my best advice is get only those family members absolutely necessary and talk it over to settle it  rather than not talk and confine the issue and carry on .

2.Work related stress : Regular Exercise any form of exercise, be it walking ,swimming,skipping,playing any game will help you relieve the stress.

3.Take up Hobbies and interests - have some thing else to do beside your profession.

4.Music is one the  best remedies either listen to any soft king of music or better still learn to play any instrument.

5.Get to know your selves better - understand your limitations No one is super human , everyone makes mistakes ans there are limits to capabilities ,Accept this truth  and flow with it .

6. Don't bottle your emotions , letting your anger out or bursting into tears is method by which you can l;et out your stream .

7. Always get your priorities right - don't try to achieve too many things at the same time.

8. Once in while take a possible break from work , go on a vacation with your family to any place which suits your budget and liking    

9.Learn to laugh , try to joke or be ready to laugh at one's joke at home and at work - laughter is always the best medicine .

10. Finally Spend time with your family , as much as your career growth  is important so is your family life  have separate time and try balance your work and family .
